We could not have found a more professional and on top of his game realtor in the Roaring Fork Valley. Kyle helped us with a contingency sale purchase of a new home in New Castle. Kyle found a way to make our offer on the new home appealing to the seller, even though, we were offering only asking price compared to two other offers. His insight and negotiating skills obviously worked. The other important aspect of our purchase was the timeliness of producing documents and adherence to a well-planned out timeline and a closing date guideline he produced for very effective communication and expectations. Kyle is well connected and well known in this community, which is reflected in him being able to provide us several contractors names that assisted in the inspection phase. I feel that our process could not have been any easier and less stressful due to Kyle's efforts throughout the purchase and closing. Top shelf A++++.
