In addition to my work in real estate, I've had the honor of serving the Town of Silt as an elected official, including time as Mayor Pro-Tem.  That experience really sharpened my understanding of local government, development, and how decisions at the municipal level shape neighborhoods and businesses.  It also reinforced something that I've always believed:  strong communities are built on trust, communication, and people who care enough to show up.
