Kyle found a way to make our offer on the new home appealing to the seller, even though, we were offering only asking price compared to two other offers. His insight and negotiating skills obviously worked. The other important aspect of our purchase was the timeliness of producing documents and adherence to a well-planned out timeline and a closing date guideline he produced for very effective communication and expectations. Kyle is well connected and well known in this community, which is reflected in him being able to provide us several contractors names that assisted in the inspection phase.
